You are kindly requested to submit the HUSSE entry form and your CV and publication list in the following way:

  • Download the entry form, fill it in, sign it, and either scan and send it by email to us,
  • or send it by post to our address
  • CV and publication list: send it electronically via email
  • annual membership fee: HUF 8000
  • reduced annual membership fee for PhD students: HUF 6000
  • reduced annual membership fee for retired members: HUF 4000
  • applications for the current year have to be submitted not later than 1 November: in that case the membership, if accepted and paid for in due time, will be valid for that year; applications for membership submitted after 1 November, if accepted, will mean valid membership for the next year only
  • when applying, PhD students are also requested to submit a statement by their supervisor or the head of their doctoral school that should contain two elements: the support of the application, and a clarification which stage of his/her PhD studies the applicant is currently at.

You will be officially notified of the result of your membership application by the president of HUSSE; this notification will include further information on the Society and will guide you through the first steps of your membership. The membership fee will have to be paid only after your membership application has been accepted by the HUSSE board.
